You have to agree with me: macaroons are the most designed food. If you play with the colours you can have gorgeous pictures.
As a food or a sweet thing they never appealed to me. It’s too much sugar for my blood.
It was a kind of an adventure: I didn’t have the electric mixer nor piping bag. Considering all this, I think can be proud of my macaroons. The avocado ganache is very good. I would probably do some dessert with it.
The question is: Who is going to eat those sugar bombs?
