In my daily routine I have this habit of drink something hot between breakfast and lunch. With some cookies aside of course.

I have drunk all the coffee allowed for a lifetime in my teen years so now I into tea.

After 3 months on drinking spiced tea (black tea with cinnamon, ginger, cloves) I am now into Ginger Tea.

Like mint tea is a refreshing hot drink. All you need is hot water, ginger root finely sliced and couples lemon or lime wedges. You go for sweet drop a teaspoon of honey.

Ginger is good for indigestion, nausea, colds and flu. I think we can say “a tea a day keep the doctor away”, I hope so.
